Our main focus will be providing natural ingredients without sugar or caffeine. To make healthy choices affordable, we’ll also offer small combo discounts for gym members or office workers.

    Our branding will use natural colours like green and orange, eco-friendly packaging, and slogans such as “Fuel Naturally” or “Fresh from Local Farms.” We’ll show our support for sustainability by sharing stories of local farmers on social media and using recyclable cups and straws.

    For getting fresh local ingredients, firstly, we would have to build strong connection with local farms like Ksan Community Garden for seasonal fruits. In the off-season, we might source from nearby regions or trusted organic suppliers who can deliver fresh ingredients throughout the year. We’ll also use frozen fruit for smoothies.


    4. What steps will fix any supply problems?

    We have to take several plans to manage supply problems, we’ll focus on backup suppliers to avoid shortages, and we’ll maintain good relationships with many farms who provides fresh ingredients and fruits for making fresh and nutritious drink and also monitor inventory system for using a simple tracking system so we can reorder early if supplies run low.

    Different types of discounts we would provide to our loyal customers, launching loyalty program where customers get one free juice if they are buying five. This helps build repeat business and get more customers to promote our business at high scale. Offering small discounts encourages frequent purchases, which keeps daily sales consistent.

    According to me, this is the the average cost for high-quality organic juice in Canada and covering the high cost of local ingredients, water proof packaging, and other expenses like operating truck cost and fits with every person’s budget. It’s affordable for our daily customers like young professionals and fitness lovers.


    7. How will you handle weather issues or get the right permits?

    Our first and important task is that we have to get legal and health permits from the City of Terrace before launching our business. To deal with weather issues, we decided to park our truck on busy indoor or semi-covered areas during cold or rainy days, like community centres or out of gym.


    8. How will you keep juice quality the same every time?

    We’ll try different recipes for each juice, measure ingredients carefully, and train staff to maintain the same preparation method every time. We’ll also store fruits properly and use fresh batches daily to keep taste and quality consistent.

    We’ll post daily on social media like Instagram and Facebook and also making a WhatsApp

     group for aware to all people with photos of fresh juices like in WhatsApp group we inform to people today’s special juice with special offer, behind-the-scenes farm visits, and customer shoutouts. We’ll also run small giveaways or campaigns to attract more local followers.

    We’ll use a fully equipped food truck that can easily move to popular locations such as downtown Terrace, parks, farmers’ markets, and near gyms and other areas like in front of gas station where more public can add on. The truck will have a clean, bright look with a visible menu and open window setup for quick service for young professionals who has a hectic day.

    11. How will you make sure your juice supply chain stays consistent during bad weather or busy seasons?

    To keep our supply consistent, we’ll build strong partnerships with multiple local farmers instead of depending on just one. We’ll also store fruits in advance using proper refrigeration during busy seasons or bad weather. This will help avoid shortages and keep the juice quality fresh.


    12. What kind of training will staff need to handle sales at outdoor locations or events?

    Our staff will be trained in customer service like how to behave with customers for attract them and what should we do for increasing sales at a daily basis. They will also learn how to manage outdoor setups quickly, handle payment systems, and communicate effectively with customers even in crowded or busy day.

    We would happy to get feedback from customers directly at the truck, through social media, and on our app. Every complaint or suggestion will be reviewed weekly to improve our recipes, service, or delivery or exceptional services.
